Eligibility for Refunds 
 

  • Items are eligible for a refund if they are returned in new, unworn, and undamaged condition. 
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Proof of purchase is required for processing refunds, so please retain your receipt or order confirmation email. 

Non-Refundable Items 
 

  • Gift cards, personalized items, and clearance items are not eligible for refunds. 
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper handling are also ineligible.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt and the status of your refund.

Shipping Fees 
 

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective upon delivery.
